Bookkeeper (part-time)

The bookkeeper of the Boswell-Grant Township Public Library is responsible for the financial information of the library. This position provides support to the Director in the following: accounts payable, time card management, payroll, financial statements, filing financial information with the IRS and the Indiana Department of Revenue.

This position is 2 hours biweekly. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required. Bookkeeping experience preferred.

Duties

·       Bank reconciliation

·       Manage accounts payable

·       Pay invoices

·       Payroll

·       Financial reports

·       File tax information

·       Prepare tax forms
