The Team Lead position is a bite-sized approach to supervision. Unlike our Managers, the Team Lead is focused in on a certain aspect or element of our organization and works with our Technical Services team. While the Team Lead acts as a cheerleader and provides guidance and training to our cataloging department, they are not responsible for scheduling, evaluations, or other administrative tasks (not part of Strategic Planning or Admin Team).

We’re looking for a “people” person that also enjoys focused projects in a collaborative environment.

This position is full-time and the starting salary is $21.50/hour.
