Danville-Center Twp Public Library is looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual who would like to join our management team as our new Program Manager as we strive to make a difference in our community through offering dynamic programs.  This person will have a love of crafting new and exciting programs for all age levels from 0 – 99 years old.

The requirements for this position are:

·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         A minimum of 3 years of programming type experience, within libraries preferred

Principal Responsibilities:

This position oversees all aspects of programming for the Library including developing, budgeting and coordinating staff to present the programs.

This person will also have skill in organizing, prioritizing, delegating, and providing multiple kinds of services as well as interpersonal and communication skills necessary to interact and deal tactfully with the public and library employees.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours/week with some evening and weekend hours required.

Wage Range:  $20 – $22/hour depending on experience.
