The IU South Bend Libraries is looking for a Part-Time Librarian to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Perform the following teaching activities:
  – Teach COAS Q110 – Introduction to Information Literacy
  – Provide instruction for Information Literacy tagged courses in selected areas
  – Conduct orientations/bibliographic instruction for High School classes

• Perform the following Subject Librarian activities (Sustainability, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Radiological Sciences, Dental Hygiene, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology):
  – Provide bibliographic instruction for courses and individuals as requested in subject areas
  – Select and deaccession materials for library collection in subject areas
  – Maintain LibGuide webpages for subject areas

• Perform the following reference services activities:
  – Provide research consultations to students, faculty, staff, and community

• Attend staff, subject librarian, instruction, and other meetings as scheduled

• May be asked to coordinate and participate on projects and events

• Other duties as assigned
