Job Summary:

The Building Services Manager serves as a member of the strategic leadership team and provides support and contributions in areas that include all aspects of facilities – both inside and outside – safety, user experience, equipment repair and replacement and contracting services. This position leads and directs the routine functions of the Building Services team including maintenance, repair and general cleaning of the building, grounds, and equipment with the goal of providing a clean, attractive, safe and secure facility both inside and outside. The position serves as the primary knowledge base for power, plumbing, heating, air, and security. This position trains, develops, and supervises staff (custodians) in all aspects of their positions.

Education and Experience:

• Certification in Facility Management / Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management or a combination of education and experience. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Three to five years in facility management position, including supervision.

Hours: Monday through Friday, with some weekend / on call as needed.

Salary: $41,600.00 to $48,880.00

Benefits: Vacation (4 weeks), Paid sick time (104 hours), paid holidays, paid floating holidays (16 hours), paid personal time (16 hours). Health, dental, vision and life insurance available. Indiana Public Retirement System (defined benefit and annuity savings account) contribution.
