This peer leader functions as the Team Lead for the circulation staff by guiding staff in performing circulation desk functions.  The Team Lead does not supervise circulation staff, but rather the processes involved in working at the circulation desk.  This individual is responsible for training new staff and providing ongoing training to existing staff to ensure consistency and quality control at the library’s primary public service point.
