Program Ideas from Past Summer Program Years
This page contains program ideas collected by the Indiana State Library’s youth services consultant during summer reading trainings around the state each year. These ideas were shared by Indiana public library staff. While they were collected with summer reading in mind, most ideas could be used at any time.
Each list is divided roughly by age group (early literacy/preschool, school age, teens, and adults). They are designed to be browsed, although in most cases can be searched by keyword using “Ctrl-F” on your keyboard.
