Incorporating Yoga into Library Programming – 1 LEU

We’ll learn why the library is the perfect organization to offer this type of programming, all about Kinetic (or Physical) Literacy, and how to use the library as a center for Service Yoga (free yoga to under-served populations). We’ll cover who can lead these programs, what certification and qualifications may be needed, and how to promote safety in library programs as well as in programs outside the library.
